Part 1-Discovering my core wound and how I’m healing through it

Whew, this episode is a vulnerable one. I have been in the thick of
healing the past few months, even though I didn’t know exactly what I
was healing. But then all the pieces of the puzzle started to come
together over the past few weeks and finally, I received the
information I needed to work with. My triggers showed me the way to my
greatest core wound. Raw, real, vulnerable…here I am, this is me.
