How to Let go-A guided meditation to release control
Happy Valentines Day! The biggest act of love we can give ourselves and our loved ones is freedom. We hold on to situations/experiences/memories/people as a way to control our desired outcome. But, what if you could allow yourself to let go? In this meditation, I guide you through an exercise of letting go. This can be a huge step in realizing what you are holding onto so tightly and finally, letting go.
I didn't realize this was the message that was going to come through but last night was cooking dinner for my family, I intuitively heard the words "go press record". So, I did and this was a very supportive exercise for me and I hope it is for you too!
