Little did I know when I sat down with life coach and inner child healer Tallia Deljou that we would be working with and healing my own 6yr old inner child pain. There are layers of emotions buried deep within your body and versions of you that have kept painful experiences “safe”/tucked away from you. But, there’s a part of you that experienced that pain she needs to be seen, heard, loved on, validated and witnessed so she/you can feel and be free! In todays episode we do all of the above. This is Cosmic Healing in real life!
