After a recent RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) session, I uncovered something I didn’t expect—a belief buried deep in my subconscious that’s been quietly holding me back.

It took me back to when I was 7 years old.

Even though I’ve done so much healing, that little girl inside me was still afraid—of being judged, seen, and rejected.
