Little did Luisa Niakan know when she showed up for ‘The Homecoming Retreat’ that she was going to be healing generations before her too. 

 

This episode is a perfect story  of generational healing in real life, what it looks like and the impact it makes priority to the healing and after!

Generationally, her family has had a history of early menopause and Luisa now understands how and why her great grandmothers pain made an imprint and her healing experince + knowing she healed so her daughter will not have to.
