I got hypnotized! How a RTT session uncovered a block to help me level up!

You will not release or receive anything you are not ready for and the stars aligned for me to receive a RTT( Rapid Transformational Therapy) from my ‘Warrior  Woman’ friend Liz Svadek (guest episode #43) I knew I was ready to shift but felt there was something I couldn’t pinpoint in my way.
Liz is a badass Mindset Mastery Coach and a Rapid Transformational Therapist. So, when she offered to help me work through this with her RTT training I was all in! Literally, I dropped into hypnosis faster than she had ever seen anyone. RTT combines  hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and neuroscience principles.
In this solo episode I share my experience just one day after  my session while still processing.  This work is fascinating and a huge piece for rewiring your mind.
