Generational Healing: How Tallia answered the call.

Generational healing is a powerful process of addressing and healing the unresolved trauma and patterns that have been passed down from previous generations. It involves acknowledging the impact of our ancestors' experiences on our present lives, identifying and releasing the negative patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that have been inherited, and creating new, positive patterns that can be passed down to future generations.
Meet Tallia!  Her journey to heal her family's generational trauma is a courageous and transformative one. It involved  a lot of self-reflection, empathy, and the willingness to confront difficult emotions and experiences.  
Tallia and I have been working together these past couple years by addressing and healing the patterns and wounds that have been passed down through generations. It’s been an incredible ride that I am honored to have a front row seat!

How to Let go-A guided meditation to release control

Happy Valentines Day! The biggest act of love we can give ourselves and our  loved ones is freedom. We hold on to situations/experiences/memories/people as a way to control our desired outcome. But, what if you could allow yourself to let go? In this meditation, I guide you through an exercise of letting go. This can be a huge step in realizing what you are holding onto so tightly and finally, letting go. 
I didn't realize this was the message that was going to come through but last night was cooking dinner for my family, I intuitively heard the words "go press record". So, I did and this was a very supportive exercise for me and I hope it is for you too!
