Winter Solstice ritual and journal prompts! Do this ASAP!

The Winter Solstice is Dec. 21. it has the longest, darkest night, and represents the moment before the sun begins a new cycle in the sky. It is when the sun appears to become still in the sky, a perfect opportunity to pause and reflect on the past year and the new cycle ahead.

A Guided Meditation to Help You Finally Have That Difficult Conversation

Energy is transferable through all space and time. You can call in someone's energy and say the things you need to say, you can even hear their response! 
In this bonus episode-prompted by episode 4(go back and listen if you haven't yet) I guide you through a meditation that will help you connect energetically with someone that you would like to have a difficult conversation with. Whether this person is a friend, family member, or even a passed loved one, it should help you feel better and gain some clarity around your feelings.
